The top bar in Admoji e-commerce gives you quick access to navigation, search, help, notifications, and account switching. Below is a breakdown of each element from left to right.
Page Title
The left side of the top bar shows the title of the current page (for example, Dashboard, Customers, etc.). This updates automatically as you navigate between sections.
Search
The search box is visible for all user roles except Affiliates. Use the dropdown on the right side of the search box to switch between search types:
By Customer – Search by Customer ID.
By Order – Search by Order ID.
By Transaction – Search by Transaction ID.
Enter the ID in the search box and press Enter to navigate directly to the customer details page. If the record belongs to a different account than the one currently active, the app automatically switches to that account before navigating.
Help
Click Help to open the Help modal. It provides:
Search – Type a keyword to search knowledge base articles; results replace the FAQ list while you type.
FAQ articles – When no search term is entered, the modal shows a list of FAQ articles you can expand in place.
Contact us – Click the Contact us button (bottom-right of the modal) to open the Create Support Ticket form and submit a ticket to the support team.
Notifications
The bell icon opens a notification popover. A red badge on the icon shows the count of unread notifications. Click any notification to mark it as read and, where applicable, navigate to the related page. Notifications that require action (such as organization invitations) show Accept and Decline buttons directly in the popover. Click View All Notifications at the bottom to open the full Notifications page.
Page Tour
When the current page has an interactive tour available, a speech bubble icon with a dot below it appears in the top bar, between Notifications and the Account Selector. Click it to start a step-by-step walkthrough that highlights and explains the key elements on the page. If the icon is not visible, the current page does not have a tour. Account Selector
The account selector is on the right side of the top bar. It displays the current organization name and Client ID (for example, My Store (1234)). Click it to open the dropdown, which shows:
All Accounts – A list of all organizations available to your user, with the active one marked. Click any account to switch to it.
Search – Filter accounts by name or Client ID using the search box at the top of the dropdown.
Add new account – Opens the Create New Account form to set up an additional organization.
The selector is visible when you have more than one account, or when you are a System Admin.
Left Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar is how you move between the main sections of the platform. It can be collapsed to icons to save space. Here's what each section contains:
Get Started — The onboarding guide that walks you through initial account setup: connecting a processor, creating your first campaign, and placing a test order.
Dashboard — Your platform home page with key metrics, customizable widgets, and a rebills calendar.
CRM — Affiliates, Autoresponders, Products, and Campaigns. Everything related to your affiliates, email configuration, product catalog, and campaign setup.
For Customers — Customer search and individual customer profiles, including orders, subscriptions, transactions, fulfillments, and billing history.
Merchants — Payment processors (credit card and ACH), Merchants Management for load-balancing rules across processors, and the Decline Runner for re-billing declined recurring transactions.
Fulfillment — Manage orders sent to your fulfillment provider, view shipment status, and process reships.
Reports — Income, Billing, Recurring, Retention, Transaction History, Continuity, and other analytics reports.
Administration — Plugins (SMTP servers and fulfillment integrations), Alert System, Blacklist System, and other admin tools.
Settings — Account settings, user management, test cards, payment methods, and billing history for your Admoji subscription.
