Step 1: Access Campaign Configuration
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Campaigns.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) under Actions on the campaign you want to add coupons to.
Step 2: Navigate to Coupons Section
Select the Coupons tab.
Click New.
Step 3: Configure Coupon Settings
Enter Coupon Code (not case sensitive) or click Generate Code.
Select Discount Type: Percent Discount or Flat Price Discount.
Select product(s) or leave the field blank for whole order.
Select a Product first, then the Recurring Coupon toggle will appear. Enable it to apply the discount to recurring charges as well. This option is only available when a specific product is selected — it is not available for whole order discounts.
Enter the Discount value: a number between 0–100 for Percent Discount, or a fixed dollar amount for Flat Price Discount.
Step 4: Configure Recurring Coupon Options
If adding a Recurring Coupon, select a product and enter a Discount for the initial order, and a Recurring Discount for continuity orders.
Optionally limit the number of recurring coupon discounts by entering a limit in Max Cycles (optional).
Step 5: Set Additional Restrictions
Start Date / Start Time (Optional): Set when the coupon becomes active.
Set End Date (Optional): Toggle on to add an expiration date and time for the coupon.
Minimum requirements: Choose one of three options:
— No: No minimum required.
— Minimum purchase amount: Enter a dollar amount the order must reach before the coupon applies.
— Minimum quantity of items: Enter the minimum number of items required in the order.Limit number of times this discount can be used in total (Optional): Toggle on and enter a maximum usage count across all customers.
Limit to one use per customer (Optional): Toggle on to prevent the same customer from using the coupon more than once.
Step 6: Save Configuration
Click Save at the top of the page.
