The Export Customer Data tool lets you download a snapshot of your customer records as an Excel file. You can filter by date range, data type, and campaign before exporting.
Step 1: Access Export Customer Data
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to For Customers in the main navigation menu.
Select Export Data from the For Customers submenu.
Step 2: Configure Your Export
Set the Date Range for the data you want to export. The maximum range is 90 days.
Select a Report Type from the dropdown to define which dataset to export.
Optionally, select one or more Campaigns to filter the export to specific campaigns. Leave this field empty to include all campaigns.
Step 3: Download the File
Click the Export Data button.
The system generates and downloads an Excel (.xlsx) file to your device.
Report Type Options
The Report Type dropdown defines what data is included in the export. Available options:
Fulfill Orders — orders that are ready to be fulfilled and sent to your fulfillment provider.
Abandoned Orders — customers who started checkout but did not complete their purchase.
Failed Transactions — orders where the payment transaction failed or was declined.
Approved Transactions — orders where the payment was successfully approved.
Customers — full customer records including contact and billing information.
Customer Status — current subscription status for each customer.
Customer Service — customer data formatted for customer service and support use cases.
