Tracking numbers are sent to Admoji automatically by your fulfillment provider once an order ships. You can view tracking information directly on each customer's profile and monitor all fulfillment orders from the Fulfillment Report.
View Tracking Numbers on a Customer Profile
Go to For Customers > Search.
Search for the customer by name, email, or order ID.
Click the customer's name to open their profile.
Scroll down to the Fulfillments section.
The Tracking column shows the tracking number provided by the fulfillment provider.
Monitor Fulfillment Orders in the Fulfillment Report
The Fulfillment Report lets you view, filter, and manage all orders sent to your fulfillment providers:
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Fulfillment > Fulfillment.
Use the filters — Campaign, Fulfillment Provider, Date Range, Fulfillment Status — to narrow your results.
Use the search bar to find a specific customer or order.
Click a customer's name in the table to open their profile and view the tracking number.
Batch Update Fulfillment Orders
To update multiple orders at once — for example, to reassign them to a different provider or mark them as reships:
In the Fulfillment Report, select the rows you want to update (or click Select All).
Click Update Batch.
Choose an Action (Reship / Not Reship) and optionally select a new Provider.
Click Update Batch to apply — the job runs in the background.
Monitor progress in the Recent Batch Updates table at the top of the page. You can pause or cancel a job from there.
