Configure GEO blocking in Admoji to stop customers in restricted countries from buying or receiving shipments. All changes are managed inside the Administration blacklist system.
Step 1: Access the Blacklist System
Click Go to E-commerce to enter the e-commerce menu.
Go to Administration.
Select Blacklist System.
Review existing blacklist entries.
Step 2: Create a GEO Block Entry
Click New in the Blacklist System.
The Add to Blacklist modal opens.
Choose Countries from the Type dropdown.
Confirm that the block type is set to Countries.
Step 3: Select the Country to Block
Open the Countries dropdown.
Scroll or search to find the country you need to block.
Select one country. Each blacklist entry blocks a single country — to block additional countries, repeat this process for each one.
Optionally, if you want to block a specific state, select it from the State dropdown that appears after selecting a country with states.
Confirm the right country is selected before saving.
Step 4: Save the GEO Block
Review the selection.
Click Save — a confirmation banner appears and the modal closes automatically.
Step 5: Manage GEO Blocks
New entries appear in the blacklist table with their block type and value.
Use the search bar to find specific countries.
Click the trash icon in the Actions column to remove a block.
Confirm the deletion in the modal that opens to finalize it.
