Change your Admoji password regularly to maintain account security. Access the password reset feature through your profile settings in the E-commerce interface for a secure password update process.
Step 1: Access Your Profile Settings
Click Go to E-commerce.
Click on your profile name at the bottom left corner of the E-commerce interface.
From the dropdown menu, click on Profile Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Password Change Section
On the Profile Settings page, you'll see a Reset Password button that is clearly visible.
No additional navigation or scrolling is required - the Reset Password button is prominently displayed.
Step 3: Reset Your Password
Click on the Reset Password button.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
You'll see a success toast notification saying "An email to change your password has been sent.".
Step 4: Complete Password Reset via Email
Check your email and open the Reset Password link.
This will open a page titled Create New Password.
Enter your new password in the password field.
Click on the Reset Password button to confirm the change.
A: The password requirements will be displayed on the Create New Password page when you click the link in the reset password email. This ensures that you create a strong password that meets Admoji's security standards.
A: You will remain logged in after clicking the Reset Password button. The system sends a confirmation email and shows a success toast notification. Once you click the link in the email, set your new password on the Create New Password page, and click Reset Password, you can use the new password for future logins.
