Once a campaign is created in Admoji, you will be automatically redirected to the campaign settings page. However, you can also access campaign settings manually at any time to modify your campaign configuration.
Step 1: Access Campaign Settings
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Campaigns.
In the Campaigns list, locate the campaign you want to edit.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) in the Actions column for that campaign.
Step 2: Understanding Campaign Settings Tabs
The campaign settings page includes multiple tabs for different configuration areas. Each tab allows you to configure specific aspects of your campaign:
Settings: The default tab for general campaign configuration. Fields include: Name, External Campaign ID (an optional identifier used to match the campaign in external systems), Domain URL, Offer Type (Health & Beauty or Ecommerce), and the Active toggle.
Processors: Configure payment processor settings and payment type configurations for your campaign. This tab allows you to set up and manage how payments are processed.
Bin Management: Manage Bank Identification Number (BIN) restrictions and configurations. This tab allows you to control which card BINs are accepted or blocked for your campaign.
Products: Add, edit, and manage products associated with your campaign. This is where you configure product groups, pricing, and product-specific settings.
Events: Configure campaign events and event-based settings.
Email Autoresponders: Configure email autoresponder events and templates for your campaign. Set up automated emails that are sent based on specific triggers or customer actions.
Coupons: Create and manage coupon codes for your campaign. Configure discount codes, promotional offers, and coupon-specific settings.
Affiliates: Manage affiliate configurations and settings for your campaign. Configure affiliate tracking, commissions, and affiliate-specific options.
Postback Configuration: Configure postback URLs and server-to-server notification settings for your campaign.
Shopify Cart Integration: Configure Shopify cart integration settings if you are using Shopify as your e-commerce platform. This tab allows you to connect and sync your Admoji campaign with your Shopify store.
