Yes, you can set up comprehensive alerts for various merchant account activities within your campaigns. The alert system monitors and reports on multiple types of activities to help you stay informed about your account performance.
Step 1: Access the Alert System
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Administration > Alert System.
Click the New button to open the Add New Alert modal.
Step 2: Configure Alert Settings
Select an Alert Type from the dropdown.
Choose the Processor(s) you want to monitor.
Select a Rule — the available rules are filtered based on the selected Alert Type.
Set the Threshold value for triggering the alert.
Enter an Email address for notifications and click the + icon to add it — repeat for each additional recipient.
Click Save to create the alert.
Available Alert Types:
Processing Limit - Monitor when you exceed or approach your monthly processing limits.
Refund - Track refund ratios and counts to identify potential issues.
Decline - Monitor decline rates and consecutive declines.
Chargeback - Track chargeback ratios and counts for fraud prevention.
Rules per Alert Type:
Processing Limit: Exceeds Amount, Within Monthly Limit.
Refund: Ratio, Count.
Decline: Ratio, Consecutive Count.
Chargeback: Ratio, Count.
