Check to make sure your credentials are correct within the Processor configuration settings.
How to Check Processor Credentials
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Merchants > Processors.
Locate your processor in the list.
Click the pencil icon in the Actions column to edit the processor.
Review and update the credential fields (API key, username, password, merchant ID) as needed to match what your payment provider has on file.
Save the changes — for gateways that require validation, re-validate the credentials after updating.
Common Authentication Issues
Expired Credentials: API keys or passwords that have been rotated, expired, or revoked by your payment provider.
Incorrect Merchant ID: Wrong MID or account identifier.
Environment Mismatch: Using test credentials with Test Mode disabled, or live credentials with Test Mode enabled.
Account Status: Account suspended or not fully activated with your payment provider.
