How do I submit a support ticket?

You can contact support from the Admoji Chat button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Open the Help Center, choose Talk to Support, fill in the ticket form, and submit it.

How to Contact Support

  1. Click the Admoji Chat button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the Help Center.

  2. Click Talk to Support. The Create Support Ticket form opens.

  3. Confirm or update your Name and Email (both pre-filled from your account). Add your Telegram username if you want the team to reach you there.

  4. Enter a descriptive Subject for your request.

  5. Describe your issue in the Message field.

  6. Click Submit a Ticket to send your request.

Tip: If you hid the Admoji Chat button, click the small arrow in the bottom-right corner of the screen to show it again.
