Coupon codes can be created within your campaign settings under CRM > Campaigns. Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the campaign, go to the Coupons tab, and click New to create a coupon. Enable coupon functionality using the Enable Coupons toggle.

How to Create Coupons

1. Click Go to E-commerce.

2. Go to CRM > Campaigns in the main navigation.

3. Find the campaign you want to add coupons to.

4. Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column.

5. Click the Coupons tab in the campaign settings.

6. Click the New button to open the coupon creation form.

7. Fill in the required coupon details.

8. Click Save to create the coupon.

9. Toggle the Enable Coupons switch to activate coupon functionality for the campaign.
