Card blocking options are configured within your campaign settings under CRM > Campaigns. Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the campaign, go to the Bin Management tab, configure your preferences, and click Save.
How to Block Card Types
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Campaigns in the main navigation.
Find the campaign you want to configure card blocking for.
Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column.
Click the Bin Management tab (third tab).
Configure your card blocking preferences.
Click Save.
Available Card Blocking Options
Block Test Cards: Prevent test cards from being processed.
Block Debit Cards: Decline all debit card transactions.
Block Master Cards: Decline all MasterCard transactions.
Block Prepaids: Configure prepaid card handling with three options.
Block Prepaids Options
Yes: Block all prepaid cards.
No: Allow all prepaid cards to process normally.
Processing Filter: Route prepaid cards to a specific campaign for special handling.
