Navigate to CRM > Campaigns, find the campaign you want to duplicate, and click the copy icon in the Actions column. Confirm the action to create an exact copy of the campaign with all its settings, products, and configurations.

How to Duplicate a Campaign

1. Click Go to E-commerce.

2. Go to CRM > Campaigns in the main navigation.

3. Find the campaign you want to duplicate.

4. Click the copy icon in the Actions column.

5. Click Yes, Duplicate in the confirmation dialog.
