Ensure that email autoresponder events are properly created and assigned to your campaigns. Order confirmation emails require correct configuration of email templates, autoresponder events, and campaign settings to function properly.
How to Fix Order Confirmation Email Issues
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Autoresponders > Templates and confirm you have an order confirmation email template created.
Go to CRM > Autoresponders > Events and confirm you have an event created for order confirmations.
Go to CRM > Campaigns in the main navigation.
Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the campaign you want to configure.
Click the Email Autoresponders tab.
Click New to open the Select Event modal.
Select the order confirmation event(s) using the checkboxes — optionally filter by Template Type to narrow the list.
Click Save.
