How do I give user access to a call center that already has other Accounts?

For call center user access requests, contact our support team using the support button in your e-commerce section.

How to Contact Support

  1. Click the support icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to open the Contact support drawer.

  2. Complete the support form:

    • Your Email: Your contact email address.

    • Subject: "Call Center User Access Request".

    • Ticket Body: Detailed description of your request, including call center information and specific user access requirements.

  3. Click Send a message.
