Control user access to specific e-commerce sections through the Section Access tab. Customize permissions by enabling or disabling sections to match user roles and responsibilities.
How to Configure User Section Access
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Settings in the main navigation and click the Users tab.
Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the user you want to modify.
Click the Section Access tab.
Use the checkboxes to enable or disable section access.
Click Save.
Available Sections
Dashboard Section: Enable Dashboard.
Customer Service: Add New Order, Search, Export Data.
CRM: Affiliates, Products, Email Autoresponders Events, Email Autoresponders Templates, Campaigns.
Fulfillment: Fulfillment.
Affiliate Summary: Affiliate Summary.
Studio Summary: Studio Summary.
Reports: Affiliate, Billing, Continuity, Conversation, Declines, Income, MID, Processing, Recurring, Retention, Cancellation, Transactions, BIN Analysis.
Merchants: Decline Runner, Processors, Management.
Administration: Accounts, Alert System, Blacklist System, Plugins, Users.
Transaction Search: Transaction Search.
Support: Help Center, Support, Open API Guide.
Role-Based Access Considerations
System Admin: Full access to all sections and administrative functions across all accounts.
Owner: Full access to all sections and administrative functions.
Account Admin: Access to most sections including administration and management.
Vendor Agent: Limited access focused on customer service and support functions.
Affiliate: Access primarily to affiliate-related sections and reports.
