User accounts can be deleted in the Settings section. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete a User Account

1. Click Go to E-commerce.

2. Click Settings in the main navigation menu.

3. Click the Users tab.

4. Find the user you want to delete in the users table.

5. Click the Delete icon (trash) in the Actions column next to the user.

6. A confirmation dialog will appear — click Delete to confirm.

How to Deactivate a User Account

Deactivation disables login access without permanently removing the account. The user's data and settings are preserved and access can be restored later.

1. Click Go to E-commerce.

2. Click Settings in the main navigation menu.

3. Click the Users tab.

4. Find the user and click the edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column.

5. In the Information tab, turn off the Active toggle.

6. Click Save.
