How do I send a test order to fulfillment after fulfillment is setup within the e-commerce section?

To send a test order to fulfillment, you must process a transaction using a live payment source — not test credit cards. Test orders created with test credit cards are automatically excluded from fulfillment processing.

Requirements for Test Order Fulfillment

To successfully send a test order to fulfillment, you must meet these requirements:

  • Live Payment Source: Use a real credit card or payment method, not test credit cards.

  • Fulfillment Setup: Make sure your fulfillment system is properly configured and connected.

  • Merchant Account: Have a live merchant account configured and active.

  • Product Configuration: Make sure products are properly set up with fulfillment settings.

Important: Test orders using test credit cards will not be sent to fulfillment. You must use a live payment source to test the complete fulfillment flow.

How to Send a Test Order to Fulfillment

  1. Click Go to E-commerce.

  2. Go to For Customers > Add New Order.

  3. Select Customer Order as the order type.

  2. Choose products that have fulfillment configured.
