Configure automatic email notifications to send tracking numbers to customers when shipments are created. Works with fulfillment center integrations.
Step 1: Create a Shipment Confirmation Email Template
Go to CRM > Autoresponders > Templates and click New.
Fill in the template fields: Template Name, Email Subject, From Description, Reply Email, and From Email.
In the Template Type dropdown, select Shipment Confirmation.
Customize the email body with tracking number tokens where you want tracking information to appear, then click Save.
Step 2: Create an Email Event
Go to CRM > Autoresponders > Events and click New.
Enter an event Name, select your SMTP Server, and select the Shipment Confirmation template you created in Step 1 from the Template dropdown.
In the Products table below the form, select the products that should trigger this email.
Click Save.
Step 3: Apply the Event to a Campaign
Go to CRM > Campaigns.
Click the edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column for the campaign you want to configure.
In the campaign edit page, go to the Email Autoresponders tab.
Click New. A Select Event modal opens — select the Shipment Confirmation event you created in Step 2 to assign it to the campaign.
