Fulfillment delays let you control when orders are sent to your fulfillment center after a successful transaction. This is useful for managing inventory, coordinating with fulfillment partners, or implementing business rules that need a waiting period before shipping.
Step 1: Access Product Management
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Products.
Find the product you want to set a fulfillment delay for.
Step 2: Edit Product Settings
Click the edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column for the product.
Scroll to the Fulfillment Options section.
Step 3: Configure the Fulfillment Delay

Enter the desired value in the Fulfillment Delay (hours) field:
Leave empty for the default 3-hour delay.
Enter 0 to remove the delay entirely.
Enter any other number to set a custom delay in hours.
Click Save.
