Adding fulfillment providers lets you automatically send orders to fulfillment centers for processing and shipping. You can connect multiple providers and choose which one to use for each product.
Step 1: Access Plugin Management
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Administration > Plugins.
Step 2: Select a Fulfillment Provider
Click the Fulfillment tab.
The page shows two sections: Enabled Integrations (already configured providers) and Available Integrations (providers you can add). Click the card of the provider you want to add from the Available Integrations section.
Step 3: Configure Provider Credentials
Fill in the required credentials for your fulfillment provider account.
If a Validate button is shown, click it to verify your credentials before saving.
Click Save to complete the integration setup.
Step 4: Apply Fulfillment to Products
Go to CRM > Products.
Click the edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column for the product you want to configure.
In the Fulfillment Options section, enable the Shippable Product toggle.
Select your configured provider from the Provider dropdown.
Optionally set External Product Key(SKU), Fulfillment Delay (hours), Inventory Count, and Fulfillment Cost as needed.
Click Save.
