Test orders are automatically blocked from fulfillment to prevent test transactions from going to fulfillment centers. You can manually create fulfillments for test orders through the customer profile.
Step 1: Open the Customer Profile
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to For Customers > Search.
Search for and open the customer profile of the test order.
Step 2: Add a Manual Fulfillment
Scroll down to the Fulfillments section in the customer profile and click the New button.
An Add Fulfillment modal opens showing a table of the customer's orders. Select the order(s) you want to fulfill using the checkboxes.
Click Save to create the fulfillment.
Note: Only orders with shippable products can be selected.
If an order contains non-shippable products, the system will show an
error
and the fulfillment will not be created.
