You can delete products that are no longer needed. This permanently removes them from your system, so make sure they're not being used in active campaigns or customer orders before deleting.
Step 1: Access Products Page
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Products.
Find the product you want to delete.
Step 2: Delete the Product
In the products table, find the Actions column and click the trash icon for the product you want to delete.
A confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes, Delete to confirm.
Important: Product deletion is permanent and cannot
be undone.
Make sure the product is not being used in active campaigns or customer
orders
before deleting.
