The Generic fulfillment plugin is used when your warehouse or fulfillment provider receives orders through a custom setup in Admoji, or when you don't need an automated external fulfillment service.
When to use Generic:
Testing new products or campaigns before connecting a live fulfillment service.
Manual fulfillment processes where orders are handled internally.
Digital products that don't require physical shipping.
Temporary setup before implementing a full fulfillment service.
Step 1: Open the Generic fulfillment plugin
Go to the e-commerce menu by clicking Go to E-commerce.
Navigate to Administration > Plugins.
Click the Fulfillment tab and select Generic.
Step 2: Configure the Generic fulfillment plugin
Complete the fields in the popup as follows:
Title (required) – Internal name for this integration, for example: "Generic – Main Warehouse". This is what your team will see when choosing a fulfillment provider on products.
RMA Reason Options (required) – The list of return reasons available for this provider, separated by commas (for example: "Defective Product, Wrong Size, Changed Mind"). These appear as dropdown options when processing returns.
Enable RMA – Turn this on if you want to handle returns (RMAs) using this Generic integration.
Fill in Title and RMA Reason Options, and set Enable RMA according to your process.
Click Save. The Generic fulfillment provider will now be available when configuring products.
