How to Set Up the ShipStation provider

The ShipStation fulfillment plugin connects your Admoji store to your ShipStation account so orders can be sent automatically for shipping.

Step 1: Open the ShipStation fulfillment plugin

  1. Go to the e-commerce menu by clicking Go to E-commerce.

  2. Navigate to Administration > Plugins.

  3. Click the Fulfillment tab and select ShipStation.

Step 2: Configure the ShipStation fulfillment plugin

Fill in the fields in the popup using your ShipStation credentials:

  • Title (required) – Internal name for this integration, for example: “ShipStation – Main Warehouse”. This is what your team will see when choosing a fulfillment provider for products.

  • Api Key (required) – Your ShipStation API key.

  • Api Secret (required) – Your ShipStation API secret.

  • Api Store ID (required) – The ShipStation store ID that should receive orders from this integration.

  1. Enter your Title, Api Key, Api Secret, and Api Store ID exactly as they appear in your ShipStation account.

  2. Click Save. The ShipStation fulfillment provider will now be available when configuring products.

Before clicking Save, click Validate to test the connection. A "Validation successful!" message confirms your credentials are correct. If validation fails, double-check your credentials with your provider and try again.
