The ShipStation fulfillment plugin connects your Admoji store to your ShipStation account so orders can be sent automatically for shipping.
Step 1: Open the ShipStation fulfillment plugin
Navigate to Administration > Plugins.
Click the Fulfillment tab and select ShipStation.
Step 2: Configure the ShipStation fulfillment plugin
Fill in the fields in the popup using your ShipStation credentials:
Title (required) – Internal name for this integration, for example: “ShipStation – Main Warehouse”. This is what your team will see when choosing a fulfillment provider for products.
Api Key (required) – Your ShipStation API key.
ApiSecret (required) – Your ShipStation API secret.
Api Store ID (required) – The ShipStation store ID that should receive orders from this integration.
Enter your Title, Api Key, ApiSecret, and Api Store ID exactly as they appear in your ShipStation account.
Click Save. The ShipStation fulfillment provider will now be available when configuring products.
Step 3: Find Admoji Orders in ShipStation
Each order arrives in ShipStation with its Admoji Order ID as the Order #, so you can search ShipStation with the same ID you see in Admoji:
When several orders of the same customer are sent together in one shipment, the Order # is the lowest of their Order IDs.
A reship keeps the Order ID and adds -R and the ID of the original fulfillment (for example
21935855-R7001), so it does not clash with the first shipment.
Orders sent to ShipStation before October 2026 have a random code as their Order #.
