How to Set Up the VeraCore provider

The VeraCore fulfillment plugin connects your Admoji store to your VeraCore account so orders can be sent automatically for shipping.

Step 1: Open the VeraCore fulfillment plugin

  1. Go to the e-commerce menu by clicking Go to E-commerce.

  2. Navigate to Administration > Plugins.

  3. Click the Fulfillment tab and select VeraCore.

Step 2: Configure the VeraCore fulfillment plugin

Fill in the fields in the popup using your VeraCore account details:

  • Title (required) – Internal name for this integration, for example: “VeraCore – Main Warehouse”. This is what your team will see when choosing a fulfillment provider for products.

  • User Name (required) – The username for your VeraCore account.

  • Password (required) – The password for your VeraCore account.

  • Domain (required) – The VeraCore domain used by your account (for example, the VeraCore environment / URL assigned to you).

  1. Enter your Title, User Name, Password, and Domain exactly as provided by VeraCore.

  2. Click Save. The VeraCore fulfillment provider will now be available when configuring products.

Before clicking Save, click Validate to test the connection. A "Validation successful!" message confirms your credentials are correct. If validation fails, double-check your credentials with your provider and try again.
