How to Set Up the ShipBob provider

The ShipBob fulfillment plugin connects your Admoji store to your ShipBob account so orders can be sent automatically for fulfillment and shipping.

Step 1: Open the ShipBob fulfillment plugin

  1. Go to the e-commerce menu by clicking Go to E-commerce.

  2. Navigate to Administration > Plugins.

  3. Click the Fulfillment tab and select ShipBob.

Step 2: Configure the ShipBob fulfillment plugin

Complete the fields in the popup using your ShipBob account details:

  • Title (required) – Internal name for this integration, for example: “ShipBob – Main Warehouse”. This is what your team will see when choosing a fulfillment provider for products.

  • Token (required) – Your ShipBob API token.

  1. Enter your Title and Token exactly as configured in your ShipBob account.

  2. Click Save. The ShipBob fulfillment provider will now be available when configuring products.

Before clicking Save, click Validate to test the connection. A "Validation successful!" message confirms your credentials are correct. If validation fails, double-check your credentials with your provider and try again.
