How to Set Up the Fulfil provider

The Fulfil fulfillment plugin connects your Admoji store to your Fulfil account so orders can be sent automatically for warehousing and shipping.

Step 1: Open the Fulfil fulfillment plugin

  1. Go to the e-commerce menu by clicking Go to E-commerce.

  2. Navigate to Administration > Plugins.

  3. Click the Fulfillment tab and select Fulfil.

Step 2: Configure the Fulfil fulfillment plugin

Complete the fields in the popup using your Fulfil account details:

  • Title (required) – Internal name for this integration, for example: “Fulfil – Main Warehouse”. This is what your team will see when choosing a fulfillment provider for products.

  • Token (required) – Your Fulfil API token used to authenticate requests from Admoji.

  • Merchant (required) – The merchant identifier used in your Fulfil account.

  1. Enter your Title, Token, and Merchant exactly as they appear in your Fulfil setup.

  2. Click Save. The Fulfil fulfillment provider will now be available when configuring products.

Before clicking Save, click Validate to test the connection. A "Validation successful!" message confirms your credentials are correct. If validation fails, double-check your credentials with your provider and try again.
