Connect your Sticky.io account to Admoji to synchronize your product catalog, campaigns, and payment providers directly into the CRM. Once configured, you can trigger a sync at any time to keep your data up to date.
How to Add Sticky.io Integration
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Administration > Plugins.
Click the Merchant Integrations tab.
Click the Sticky.io card under Available Integrations.
Enter an Integration Title for this integration (e.g. "Sticky.io Production").

Fill in your Sticky.io credentials:
Base URL — your Sticky.io instance URL (e.g.
https://yourcompany.sticky.io). Do not include a trailing slash.Username and Password — your Sticky.io API credentials.
Click Validate to test the connection before saving. You will see a confirmation if the credentials are valid or an error message if they are not.
Click Save to activate the integration.
Syncing Your Data
After saving the integration, use the sync buttons to import your Sticky.io data into Admoji. All sync operations run in the background — the page responds immediately and the data appears once processing is complete.
Sync All — runs product, campaign, and payment provider sync in sequence. Recommended for the initial setup and periodic full refreshes.
Sync Products — imports your full Sticky.io product catalog. Creates new products, updates existing ones, and reactivates any previously deleted products. Products are grouped under Sticky.io – [Plugin Title] automatically.
Sync Campaigns — maps your Sticky.io campaigns to Admoji campaigns so orders are routed correctly. Run this after Sync Products.
Sync Payment Providers — imports Sticky.io payment providers and creates the corresponding processors in Admoji.
Frequently Asked Questions
Products are not appearing after sync.
Wait a few seconds for the background sync to complete, then refresh the Products section. Products are created under the Sticky.io – [Plugin Title] product group. If they still do not appear, verify the integration is active and that credentials are valid.
Credential validation fails with "API access denied".
Verify that your Base URL does not have a trailing slash and that your username and password match an active API user in Sticky.io. Contact your Sticky.io account manager to confirm API access is enabled for your account.
Campaign sync creates no campaigns.
Campaign sync requires the product group to exist before it can run. Use Sync All instead of running campaign sync independently on the first setup.
