Solvpath is a customer support integration available in Admoji. Clicking the Solvpath card opens Solvpath’s connection page in a new tab, where you sign up or log in and complete setup on their site.
How to Access Solvpath
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Administration > Plugins.
Click the Customer Support tab.
Click the Solvpath card. Your browser opens Solvpath’s Admoji connection page in a new tab, where you complete the integration on their site.
Note: Configuration and account setup are done on Solvpath's website, not in the Admoji interface.
