Once a coupon is created, you can view, edit, activate, deactivate, or delete it directly from the campaign's Coupons tab.
Step 1: Open the Coupons tab
Go to CRM > Campaigns.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the campaign whose coupons you want to manage.
Select the Coupons tab. The coupon list shows all coupons for that campaign with the following columns:
Code: The coupon code customers enter at checkout.
Discount: The discount value — shown as a percentage or dollar amount depending on the type.
Product: The product the coupon applies to, or blank if it applies to the whole order.
Status: Whether the coupon is currently active or inactive.
Step 2: Edit a coupon
Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column for the coupon you want to update.
The coupon form opens pre-filled with the current settings. Make your changes and click Save.
Step 3: Activate or deactivate a coupon
Click the Power icon in the Actions column to toggle the coupon's status.
A confirmation dialog appears — confirm the action. Note that activating or deactivating a coupon also adds or removes it from all active recurring subscriptions immediately.
Once confirmed, the Status column updates to reflect the new state.
Step 4: Delete a coupon
Click the Delete icon (trash) in the Actions column for the coupon you want to remove.
Confirm the deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
