BIN Management lets you block specific card types from being used in a campaign, and optionally redirect prepaid cardholders to a different campaign instead of blocking them outright.
Step 1: Open the BIN Management tab
Go to CRM > Campaigns.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the campaign you want to configure.
Select the BIN Management tab.
Step 2: Configure card blocks
Configure the following options as needed:
Block Test Cards: Blocks test card numbers from being processed.
Block Debit Cards: Blocks all debit card transactions.
Block Master Cards: Blocks all MasterCard transactions.
Block Prepaids: Three-option control for prepaid card behavior:
Yes — block all prepaid cards.
Processing Filter — redirect prepaid cardholders to another campaign. A Processing Filter dropdown appears to select the target campaign.
No — allow prepaid cards (no block).
Step 3: Save
Click Save to apply your BIN Management settings.
