The Shopify Cart Integration tab connects a Shopify store to the campaign, enabling cart-based order processing.

Step 1: Open the Shopify Cart Integration tab
Go to CRM > Campaigns.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the campaign you want to configure.
Select the Shopify Cart Integration tab.
Step 2: Enter your Shopify credentials
Enter your Shopify URL (e.g.
https://your-store.myshopify.com).Enter your Client ID from the Shopify Dev Dashboard.
Enter your Client Secret from the Shopify Dev Dashboard.
Step 3: Validate credentials
Click the Validate button. This step is required before you can save — the system verifies the credentials are valid before allowing you to proceed.
Once validated, a green Success checkmark appears next to the Validate Credentials field.
Step 4: Save
Click Save to complete the Shopify Cart integration setup.
— Sync Products: pulls the latest products from your Shopify store into the campaign.
— Delete: removes the Shopify Cart integration from this campaign.
