You can edit or delete email autoresponder templates and events at any time. Use the action buttons in each list to manage existing items.
Edit a Template
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Autoresponders > Templates.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the template you want to modify.
Update any of the fields: Template Name, Template Type, Email Subject, From Description, From Email, Reply Email, Type (HTML/Text), or Email Body.
Click Save.
Delete a Template
In the Templates list, click the Delete (trash) icon on the template.
Click Delete in the confirmation modal to confirm.
Edit an Event
Go to CRM > Autoresponders > Events.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the event.

Update any of the following fields:
Name: Internal label for this event.
SMTP Server: The provider used to send emails for this event.
Template: The email template to send.
Recurring Cycle Number: Only available for recurring template types. Set a specific billing cycle number to target.
Active: Toggle to enable or disable the event without deleting it.
Products: Add or remove the products that trigger this event.
Click Save.
Delete an Event
In the Events list, click the Delete (trash) icon on the event.
Click Delete in the confirmation modal to confirm.
