Email Service Provider (ESP) integrations allow Admoji to automatically sync your customers to external marketing platforms so they can receive email campaigns and automations. Admoji supports Klaviyo, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, and Drip.

Step 1: Access Email Service Providers

1. Click Go to E-commerce.

2. Go to Administration > Plugins.

3. Click the Email Service Providers tab.

4. Click the card for the provider you want to configure.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

All providers require a Title to identify the integration. The remaining credentials vary by provider:

• Klaviyo — API Key.

• GetResponse — API Key.

• ActiveCampaign — Key and URL (your ActiveCampaign account URL, e.g. https://youracccount.api-us1.com).

• Drip — Account ID and API Key. After entering both fields, click Validate to verify the connection before proceeding.

Step 3: Configure Campaign Routing

Before saving, you must add at least one campaign route to tell Admoji which campaigns send customers to this integration.

1. In the Campaign Routing section, click + Campaign Route.

2. Select a Customer Type and the campaign(s) to include.

3. Enter the destination list or tags for your provider:
   Klaviyo / GetResponse / ActiveCampaign: enter the List ID and List Name from your ESP account.
   Drip: enter the Tags to apply to customers from this campaign.

4. Click Save to add the route.

Once all routes are configured, click Save on the main form to activate the integration.
