How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a one-time verification code from an authenticator app each time you log in.

Step 1: Access Your Profile

  1. Click Go to E-commerce.

  2. Click your name or avatar in the top-right navigation and select Profile Settings.

Step 2: Enable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Locate the 2FA Verification toggle and turn it on.

  1. A setup modal will open. If you don't have an authenticator app, install one on your mobile device — Admoji supports Authy and Duo Mobile (available for Android and iOS).

  1. Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed in the modal.

  2. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the verification field.

  3. Click Verify to complete the setup.

Tip: Choose an authenticator app that supports cloud backup so you can recover access if you lose your device.

Step 3: Disable Two-Factor Authentication

To turn off 2FA, locate the 2FA Verification toggle in your Profile and turn it off. Two-factor authentication will be disabled immediately.
