Configure Drip as an email marketing service provider in Admoji to automatically sync customer data and manage email marketing campaigns. This integration allows you to connect your campaigns with Drip tags for comprehensive email marketing automation.
Step 1: Access Email Service Providers
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Administration.
Click Plugins.
Click the Email Service Providers tab.
Select Drip from the list of available providers.
Step 2: Configure Basic Settings
Fill in the required configuration fields:
Title: Enter a descriptive name for your Drip integration.
Account ID: Enter your Drip Account ID.
API Key: Enter your Drip API key.
Step 3: Validate Credentials
Drip requires credential validation before you can save the integration.
Click the Validate button to verify your Account ID and API Key against Drip.
Wait for the confirmation — Credentials are valid appears in green if successful, or Invalid Credentials in red if not.
If validation fails, double-check your Account ID and API Key, then try again.
Step 4: Set Up Campaign Routes
Configure which campaigns and customer types will be tagged in Drip. You must add at least one campaign route before saving the integration.
Click the Campaign Route button to open the Add Campaign Route modal.
Choose the appropriate Customer Type from the dropdown (Partial, Customer, or Declined).
Select one or more Campaigns (or choose all for comprehensive coverage).
Select one or more Tags — the dropdown is populated with your Drip tags from the API.
Click Save in the modal to add the route, then add more routes if needed.
Step 5: Save the Integration
Click Save to store your Drip configuration. The integration is saved with the campaign routes you added.
When editing an existing integration, the Active toggle is shown — use it to enable or disable the integration.
