The In-App Help Center is a panel built into every page of the Admoji platform. It gives you instant access to your onboarding checklist, quick navigation shortcuts, pre-written questions, and an AI assistant — all without leaving the page you are on.
How to Open the Help Center
Look for the Admoji Chat button in the bottom-right corner of the screen — it is a small square button with the Admoji logo on it.
Click the icon. The Help Center panel slides in from the right side of the screen.
Click the icon again, or click anywhere outside the panel, to close it.
Finishing Your Account Setup
At the top of the panel, you will see a card labeled Finish Account Setup with a badge showing how many steps remain. This is your onboarding checklist.
Click the card to see the full list of pending setup steps.
Each step links directly to the relevant section of the platform so you can complete it right away.
The badge count decreases as you complete each step.
Quick Actions
Below the onboarding card, four buttons give you direct access to the most commonly needed resources:
Setup Steps — Jump directly to the account setup checklist.
Video Demos — Browse short walkthrough videos for key platform features.
Support FAQ — Open the Admoji Help Center knowledge base in a new tab.
System Tours — Launch interactive page tours that walk you through each section of the platform step by step (see How to Use Page Tours).
Sample Questions
The panel includes a set of pre-written questions you can tap to send to the AI assistant instantly — no typing required. Examples include:
Where can I find my campaigns?
How do I add a new product?
Where do I view billing reports?
How do I set up integrations?
Talk to Support
AI Assistant
At the bottom of the panel is the AI assistant chat input. Type a question or a request and press Send. The assistant can answer questions about the platform, explain features, and navigate you directly to specific sections.
Questions: Ask anything about how the platform works — the AI has context about your account.
Navigation requests: Tell the AI where you want to go (e.g., "Take me to the Dashboard") and it will navigate for you.
Support escalation: If the AI cannot answer your question, use the Talk to Support sample question or click Support FAQ to reach the Help Center.
