Telegram Groups let you receive Admoji sales reports directly in a Telegram group, so you and your team can track performance without logging in. You connect a Telegram group to your account, choose which reports to send, and Admoji posts them automatically. This guide walks you through connecting a group, choosing its reports, and managing it.
Step 1: Open the Telegram Groups page
In the main navigation, go to Administration > Telegram Groups.
If you have not connected a group yet, you will see a No Telegram groups connected yet message. Otherwise, your linked groups are listed in a table.
Step 2: Connect a Telegram group
Click Add Group in the top-right corner. The Connect Telegram Group dialog opens.
Click Add bot to group. Telegram opens so you can add the Admoji bot to the group you want to use — pick an existing group or create a new one first.
Once the bot is added, the group is linked to your account automatically and appears in the groups table.
Step 3: Choose which reports to send
In the groups table, click the Edit (pencil) icon for the group.
-
In the Edit Telegram Group dialog, turn on the reports you want sent to this group:
Daily Sales Report — a daily sales summary.
Hourly Sales Report — hourly sales updates.
Click Save Changes.
The reports you enable appear as badges in the Reports column of the table. If none are enabled, the column shows No reports enabled.
Step 4: Send a test message
In the groups table, click the Send test message (paper plane) icon for the group.
Admoji posts a test message to the group and shows a Test message sent! confirmation. Open the group in Telegram to confirm it arrived.
Step 5: Rename or remove a group
Rename — click the Edit (pencil) icon, change the Group Name, and click Save Changes.
Remove — click the Delete (trash) icon and confirm. The group stops receiving reports.
