The History log gives you an audit trail of account activity in Admoji — sign-ins, user and role changes, and account, subscription, and payment-method changes. Each entry records who did what, when, and whether it succeeded. You can filter the log by date, user, and action type, and export the results to CSV. This guide shows you how to open the log, read it, filter it, and export it.
Step 1: Open the History log
In the main navigation, go to Administration > History.
The log loads with the Last 30 Days of activity by default. The result count is shown at the top of the table.
Step 2: Read the log entries
Each row in the table represents one action, with the following columns:
Date&Time — when the action happened, shown in your account time zone.
Action — what happened (for example, User logged in or Role updated).
Type — the action category, shown as a colored badge: User management, Authentication, or Account.
User — the name and email of the person who performed the action.
Target/Resource — what the action affected, such as a user, login attempt, or subscription.
Summary — a plain-language description of the change.
Status — the outcome: Success, Error, or Warning.
Step 3: Filter the log
Use the Filters panel on the left to narrow the results:
Date Range — choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Custom. Selecting Custom lets you pick a specific Start date/time and End date/time.
User — select a specific account member to show only their activity.
Action Type — tick one or more actions. They are grouped by category:
User management — user created, updated, or removed; role assignments; and invitations.
Authentication — sign-ins, failed logins, and two-factor authentication activity.
Account — account changes and subscription and payment-method changes.
Click Apply to run the filters, or Reset to clear them back to the default.
Active filters appear as badges above the table. Click the × on a badge to remove that filter individually.
Step 4: Export the log to CSV
Apply any filters you want included in the export.
Click Export CSV in the top-right corner. The current view is downloaded as history.csv.
