Zapier connects Admoji to thousands of other apps through automated workflows called Zaps. A Zap watches for a trigger in one app and then runs an action in another, so you can move data between Admoji and the tools you already use without writing any code. You set it up from the Plugins Center under the Tools tab, where an embedded Zapier builder lets you create and manage your Zaps directly inside Admoji. This guide walks you through the full setup.
Step 1: Open Zapier
Go to Administration > Plugins.
Click the Tools tab.
Click the Zapier card.
The Zapier Automations panel opens. To go back to the full plugin list at any time, click Back to Plugins.
Step 2: Sign in to Zapier
The embedded Zapier builder loads automatically, pre-filled with your Admoji account name and email.
If you already have a Zapier account, sign in when prompted. If you don't, follow the on-screen prompts to create one — no separate signup is needed.
Step 3: Create a Zap
Browse the suggested automations shown in the panel, or start a new Zap from scratch.
Choose the trigger — the event that starts the Zap (for example, a new order in Admoji).
Choose the action — what should happen in the other app (for example, add a row in a spreadsheet or send a message).
Follow Zapier's prompts to connect any additional apps and map the fields.
Step 4: Turn the Zap on
Review the Zap and turn it on. It starts running automatically whenever the trigger occurs.
You can return to the Zapier card at any time to edit, pause, or add more Zaps.
