Vendor Access lets you give an entire outside organization — an agency, a call center, or any partner that works inside your account — access to your Admoji account without creating a user account for every one of their people. You link the vendor organization once, choose which sections their agents can use, and every active member of that organization is provisioned automatically. Revoking the link removes all of them at once.
There are two sides to the relationship. If you are the advertiser (the account being worked on), you use the Vendor Access tab to invite and manage vendor organizations. If you are the vendor (the agency doing the work), you use the Advertiser Accounts tab to accept the invitations you receive.
Link a Vendor Organization (Advertiser)
Step 1: Open Vendor Access
Go to Settings.
Click the Vendor Access tab.
Click Link vendor org.
Step 2: Find the vendor organization
In the Search vendor organization field, type the organization name or subdomain (at least two characters).
Click the organization you want from the results list.
If you picked the wrong one, click Change to search again.
Step 3: Set the vendor agent permissions
Under Vendor Agent Permissions, on the Section Access tab, set each section the vendor agents should open in your account to Full Access, or turn on Enable All E-commerce Access to grant every available section.
Optionally, open the Campaigns tab to choose the campaigns they can work with.
At least one section is required — the Send invitation button stays disabled until you pick one.
Click Send invitation.
The organization now appears under Pending with a Pending acceptance badge. To withdraw the invitation before it is accepted, click Cancel next to it and confirm with Revoke access.
Accept an Advertiser Invitation (Vendor)
Go to Settings.
Click the Advertiser Accounts tab.
Find the advertiser under Pending Invitations — the card shows who sent the invitation.
Click Accept to link the accounts, or Decline to reject the invitation.
Once accepted, every active member of your organization is provisioned into the advertiser account with the permissions the advertiser selected. Members who already belong to the advertiser account keep the access they have. Your agents switch between accounts from the organization selector in the header — no second login is needed.
Revoke Vendor Access
Go to Settings and click the Vendor Access tab.
Find the organization with the Active badge.
Click Revoke next to it.
Confirm by clicking Revoke access.
