The BIN Analysis Report breaks your transaction data down by card BIN — the first digits of a card number that identify the issuing bank and card product. Use it to see which BINs, banks, and countries approve your transactions, which ones decline them, and where your chargebacks are concentrated.
The report is made of six tables that share one set of global filters, so you can look at the same slice of data from six angles without re-filtering.
Step 1: Open the Report
Go to Reports > BIN Analysis.
The report opens with the last month of data already loaded.
Step 2: Set the Global Filters
The filters at the top apply to every table in the report. Set them, then click Apply:
Campaigns — limit the data to one or more campaigns.
Products — limit the data to specific products.
Affiliates — limit the data to specific affiliates.
Sub-Affiliates — narrows down to the sub-affiliate IDs of the affiliates you selected.
Card Type — Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or Maestro.
MID — one or more of your processors.
Merchant Group — filter by processor group instead of individual MIDs.
Country — the country of the transaction.
Date Range — the period to analyze.
Step 3: Choose a Table
Six tabs sit above the table area. Each one answers a different question:
Top 50 BINs — your 50 highest-volume BINs, with Bank, Brand, Campaign ID, Total Transactions, and Approval Percentage.
Billing Approval Rate — Attempts, Approved Transactions, and Declined Transactions per BIN (each with a total and a value), plus the Approval Rate.
Countries — Approved, Declined, and Volume per country, with the Approval Rate for each.
Chargeback Rate — Total Transactions, Total Chargebacks, and Chargeback Rate per BIN.
BIN Analysis — the full picture per BIN: Total Gross Revenue, Transaction Count (Total, Approved, Declined), Chargebacks, Chargebacks Rate, and Approval Rate.
Bank — the same volume and approval view grouped by issuing bank and card brand.
Step 4: Refine and Export
Each table has its own controls on the right side of the tab bar:
Search — type to filter the rows currently displayed.
Filters — opens a Filters panel with table-specific options. Every table lets you pick one or more BIN values; the BIN Analysis table also filters by ranges for Total Gross Revenue, Total of Transactions, Approved Transactions, Declined Transactions, and Chargebacks. Click Apply to run them.
Export — downloads the rows you are seeing as a CSV file, with the same columns shown on screen.
