A customer stops being blacklisted when every blacklist entry linked to them is deleted. You do this from Administration > Blacklist System; there is no option to unblacklist from the customer profile.
When you blacklist a customer from their profile (Add Marks > Blacklist Only), Admoji does not create one entry but several: the customer's email address, phone number and street address, plus the IP address if your account blocks by IP. Any one of them is enough to block a new order, so deleting only the email leaves the customer blocked.
Step 1: Find the Customer's Entries
Go to Administration > Blacklist System.
Type the customer's name, email or phone number in the search box above the table.
Check the Customer column: every entry created from that customer's profile shows their name there.
Step 2: Delete Each Entry
Click the trash icon (Delete) in the Actions column of one of the entries.
Confirm in the Delete Blacklist Entry window.
Repeat for every entry of that customer: email, phone, address and IP, if there is one.
When the last entry is deleted, Admoji removes the blacklist mark from the customer. Refresh the customer profile and the Blacklisted badge is gone. The customer's Logs > History records Customer removed from customer blacklist.
