By default, every user of your account sees all your product groups. Turn on Group with restricted access to show a group only to the users you choose. It is useful when an agency, a call center or part of your team should only work with some of your products.
Step 1: Turn On Restricted Access
Go to CRM > Products.
To create a new group, click Add group. To change an existing one, open the group's actions menu and click Edit.
Turn on Group with restricted access.
Click Save. You are added to the group's users automatically, so you keep seeing it.
Step 2: Choose Who Can See the Group
Open the group's actions menu and click Assign users. The option only appears on groups with restricted access.
The Assign Users window lists the users of your account. Use the search box to find a user by email.
Tick every user who should see the group, and untick the ones who shouldn't.
Click Save. The message Product group users updated successfully confirms the change.
Step 3: What Changes for Users Who Are Not Assigned
Users who are not in the group's list:
Don't see the group or its products in CRM > Products.
Can't add its products to load balancer rules in Merchants > Management.
Can't filter reports, such as the Affiliate Report or BIN Analysis, by its products.
Step 4: Remove the Restriction
Edit the group, turn off Group with restricted access and click Save. The group becomes visible to all users again and its list of assigned users is cleared, so if you turn the restriction back on later, assign the users again.
