The Admoji Dashboard is your main hub for tracking sales, orders, and system performance in real time. Use filters to focus on specific campaigns or time ranges, and customize your layout to show the data that matters most to you.
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Click Go to E-commerce.
The Dashboard loads automatically (or select Dashboard from the sidebar).
Step 2: Configure Dashboard Filters
Select a Time Range or choose custom dates using the date picker.
Filter by specific Campaigns or select "All" to view all campaigns.
Filter by specific Affiliate or select "All" to view all affiliates.
Click Apply to update all metrics with your selected filters.
Step 3: Customize Dashboard Layout
Use the Layout button (next to Apply) to toggle individual widgets on/off, select a preset layout (Accounting, Sales, or Marketing), and rearrange widgets by dragging. For a full walkthrough, see How to Customize your Dashboard.
Step 4: Review Key Metrics
The dashboard displays real-time metrics in various widget types:
Revenue Cards: All Sales Revenue, Void/Refunds, Chargeback, Product Cost, and Fulfillment Cost.
Performance Metrics: Orders (Count), AOV (Average Order Value), LTV (Lifetime Value), Orders Fulfilled, Conversion Rate, and Partials Conversions.
Sales Summary Table: Displays Partials, Orders, Upsells, Declines, Failed/Unknown, and AOV.
Rebill Summary Table: Shows Attempted, Approved, Saved, and Declined recurring charges.
Customer Service Table: Displays Agent Sales, Cancellations, Voids/Refunds, and Chargebacks.
Subscription Summary Table: Shows Active, Trial, Retry Billing, and CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) metrics.
Step 5: Review Charts and Visualizations
The dashboard includes interactive charts for performance analysis:
Sales Summary Chart: Combined chart showing Clicks, Partials (Leads), and Gross Sales trends over time.
Sales Breakdown: Visual breakdown of sales revenue components.
Conversions/Sales Chart: Daily sales breakdown with hover details showing conversion trends.
Partials Chart: Daily partials (inquiries) tracking over time.
Recurring Approved: Chart showing approved recurring transactions with trending percentage and total count.
Recurring Declines: Chart showing declined recurring transactions with trending percentage and total count.
Active Sales: Daily active sales trend with total count displayed.
Step 6: Review Performance Analytics
Monitor performance across different dimensions:
Performance Widget: Interactive pie chart with tabs to view performance by Campaign, Product, or Affiliate. Each tab shows monetary performance distribution.
Top 10 Campaigns: Progress bar chart showing the top 10 campaigns by monetary performance with percentages and values.
Top 10 Products Sold: Progress bar chart showing the top 10 products by sales performance with percentages and values.
Step 7: Review Processing and Projection Data
Processing Viewer: Two line charts showing total pending authorizations and refunds over time. Includes a View full processing report button.
Projection Viewer: Two line charts showing projected recurring transaction counts and projected approved recurrings. Includes a View full projection report button.
Rebills Calendar: Calendar view showing daily subscription charge activity with status indicators.
Step 8: Monitor System Health
Track payment processor capacity and system alerts:
MID Volume Usage: Bar chart displaying payment processor capacity usage (0% to 600%) for each processor. This helps you monitor processor limits and prevent hitting capacity thresholds.
Alerts Viewer: Table displaying system notifications and alerts based on configured rules. Alerts help you stay informed about critical metrics and system events.
