The Rebills Calendar is a dashboard widget that displays your subscription billing activity in a monthly calendar view. Each day shows the volume and status of rebill charges scheduled or processed on that date.
Step 1: Open the Rebills Calendar
Go to your Dashboard.
Scroll to the Rebills Calendar widget. If it's not visible, enable it via the Layout button. See How to Customize your Dashboard for details.
Step 2: Navigate the Calendar
Use the arrows to move between months.
Each day cell shows the rebill activity for that date. Days with higher billing volume appear more prominently.
Clicking on a status badge within a day navigates directly to the corresponding report, pre-filtered by that date and status.
Step 3: Interpret the Status Indicators
Each day shows color-coded badges for 4 rebill statuses:
Scheduled: Upcoming rebills not yet processed.
Approved: Successfully charged rebills.
Declined: Rebill charges that failed.
Retry: Declined rebills currently in the retry queue.
