The Fulfillment Report provides comprehensive management capabilities for changing the status and dates of existing shipments in single or batch operations, as well as reshipping individual orders or batches of orders. This detailed reporting tool offers insights into fulfillment operations and enables efficient batch management of shipments.
Step 1: Access the Fulfillment Report
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Reports.
Select Fulfillment from the Reports dropdown menu.
Step 2: Configure Report Filters
Select the Date Range Type to define how you want to filter by dates.

Choose additional filters (optional) to refine your search:
Campaigns: Filter by specific campaigns.
Fulfillment Providers: Select specific fulfillment service providers.
Products: Filter by specific products.
Fulfillment Status: Filter by shipment status.
Reship: Filter for reshipment orders.
Set your desired Start Date and End Date for the report period.
Step 3: Review Results
The results table will display all order shipments matching your search criteria.
Review the shipment details including status, dates, and tracking information.
Use the search functionality to find specific orders or shipments within the results.
Sort and organize the data using the available column headers.
Step 4: Perform Batch Updates
Select one or more shipments from the results table by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
Click the Update Batch button located above the results table.

Choose your batch update type from the available options:
Actions: Change the fulfillment action (e.g., reship orders).
Provider: Assign a new fulfillment provider for the selected shipments.
Click Update Batch to apply the changes to all selected shipments.
Step 5: Monitor Batch Updates
Track and manage your batch update operations:
Scroll to the "Recent Batch Updates" section at the top of the page to view all batch operations.
Monitor the status of ongoing batch updates (pending, processing, completed, or failed).
Pause or delete existing batch updates before they begin or complete if needed.
Review the results and any error messages from completed batch operations.
