The Income Report provides comprehensive insights into net income from your campaigns, including initial signup/upsell and recurring transactions, along with average income per customer. You can view results by Campaign, Products, Affiliate, Processor, or BIN, and use pie charts for customer activity, net income breakdown, and cost breakdown.
Step 1: Access the Income Report
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Reports.
Select Income from the Reports dropdown menu.
Step 2: Configure Report Filters
The Create Income Report section at the top contains the following filters:
Campaigns: Select one or more campaigns from the dropdown (placeholder: "Choose a Campaign"). You can leave the default to include all campaigns.
Date Range: Choose the start and end dates using the date picker.

Refund Date Toggle: Controls how refunds are included in the report:
Enabled: Refunds are reported on the date of the refund.
Disabled: Refunds are reported back to the original transaction (creation) date.
Click Search (or submit the filter form) to generate the report. The report also runs automatically when the page loads with default filters.
Step 3: Review Results and Charts
After the report loads, you will see:
Customer Activity pie chart: Shows the share of Active customers (enrolled in subscription billing) and Cancelled customers (inactive), as percentages.
Net Income Breakdown pie chart: Shows Net Income and Refunds in currency.
Cost Breakdown pie chart (when data exists): Shows cost categories such as Product Cost, Fulfillment, Monthly Fees, Transaction Fee, Chargeback Fee, Alert Fee, and Reserve.
A detailed results table below the charts with all metrics. Use the search box to filter table rows and the download button to export the current view to CSV.
Step 4: View Results by Different Perspectives
Use the tabs at the top of the results table to switch between different grouping perspectives:
Campaign Tab: View income breakdown grouped by marketing campaigns.
Products Tab: Analyze income performance by individual products.
Affiliate Tab: Review income contribution by affiliate partners.
Processor Tab: Evaluate income by payment processor to identify processing performance.
BIN Tab: Analyze income by Bank Identification Number to understand card type performance.
Understanding Report Metrics
The Income Report provides comprehensive metrics to help you understand your revenue performance:
Customers/Sales: Total number of customers or sales in the selected period.
Billed: Total amount billed across all transactions.
Refund $: Total dollar amount of refunds.
Refund #: Total number of refund transactions.
Refund %: Percentage of transactions that were refunded.
Cancel #: Total number of cancellations.
Cancel %: Percentage of customers who cancelled.
Chargeback #: Total number of chargeback transactions.
Chargeback %: Percentage of transactions that resulted in chargebacks.
AOV: Average Order Value — average revenue per sale.
Net Income: Total revenue after deducting refunds and chargebacks.
Gross Income: Total revenue before any deductions.
Total Costs: Sum of all associated costs (product, fulfillment, fees, reserve).
Product Cost: Cost of goods sold for the products in the order.
Fulfillment Cost: Cost of order fulfillment and shipping.
Monthly Fees: Recurring platform or service fees.
Transaction Fee: Per-transaction processing fees charged by the payment processor.
Chargeback Fee: Fees charged per chargeback dispute.
Alert Fee: Fees for chargeback alert and dispute prevention services.
Reserve Amount: Dollar amount held in reserve by the processor.
Reserve %: Percentage of revenue held as reserve by the processor.
